Candie
Founder, Lead Planner/Coordinator
The heart and soul behind Celebrate NW Events! Candie’s been passionate about weddings and events since childhood. From her own wedding to her kids’ birthday parties and friends’ bridal showers, she brings love and care to every celebration. Her ability to make every couple feel like family sets her apart, and she lives by the motto: “Do what you love and call it work.”
When not planning weddings, she’s cheering on her kids or caring for her cat, three dogs, and three goats. Candie can’t wait to meet new couples, work with great vendors, and create unforgettable memories!
Nevaeh
Social Media Goddess
Allow us to introduce our other driving force behind the planning team! Nev dreamt of being a planner ever since she was a little girl and watched Bride Wars for the first time! It was love at first sight. She is the person you want in your corner to hype you up, and always has a positive attitude!!
When Nevaeh isn't working weddings and events, she is a full time manager at Union Coffee Bar where she can be found slinging beans five days a week! We think this is where she gets her peppy attitude from - all the caffeine! Nevaeh and her husband are welcoming a baby girl into the world this February and are so excited for this next chapter in their book!
Jacob
Lead Planner/Coordinator + Wedding Consultant
Jacob has worked in the wedding industry for over two years, working with many vendors and coordinators, and realized helping make the couples day as magical as possible is his ultimate goal! He is excited to not only help on your big day, but also behind the scenes to make the venues a dream come true, too!
When Jacob isn't assisting a wedding or working with a venue, you can find him and his wife, Emily, enjoying a good Netflix show, cooking up something special in the kitchen, and spending time with his friends.
Odessa
Assistant Planner/Coordinator
Meet Odessa, our dedicated and detail-oriented planner! Odessa discovered her passion for weddings and organization at fifteen, when she joined the Jardin del Sol team. Over the past three seasons, she's worked hard behind the scenes to make each wedding feel like a fairy tale, learning from every experiance and developing a love for planning, problem solving and serving others.
When shes off the clock, Odessa is studying, playing volleyball or softball, or relaxing with her favorite shows while cleaning up a storm. She is excited to be a part of the CNW team and grateful for the support she recieves!
Kayla
Lead Planner/Coordinator
Meet Kayla! We all wish we had as much time in the day as she does!
Kayla is in school right now working towards her nursing degree while working full time as a barista at a local coffee stand!
Her love for planning originated from hosting family holidays and birthday parties for close loved ones! Some of her favorite weddings are the ones created on couples' properties and those transformed in nature!
In her free time, when she's not coordinating and planning weddings, she's off with her daughter doing some of her favorite things, including ff roading, snowboarding and traveling!
Adrienne
Content Creator + Assistant Planner/Coordinator
Hi! I am Adrienne, I found my passion for wedding coordination after planning my own and fell in love with the process and excitment of it all. After my first year as a coordinator, I discovered how I enjoy helping others execute their big day with ease.
When I am not coordinating an event, you can find me spending most of my days with my two little ones or in the gym! You can also find me doing what I love, expressing my artistic side with photography, content creating and painting. I love bringing these skills with me to help you with all the details and capture fleeting moments that create your perfect day!
Kira
Assistant Planner/Coordinator
Meet Kira, a recent marketing graduate with a passion for creating meaningful experiences and making every detail count. Whether she's working in marketing or helping bring a wedding to life, she loves being a part of moments that people will remember forever. Her love for weddings come from seeing two people celebrate one of the biggest moments of their lives. Her favorite part of a wedding is the ceremony itself- watching each couple's unique love story unfold and getting to witness such a meaningful moment never gets old!
When she's not working, you'll usually find her spending time with her dog Hennessy, curled up with a good book, discovering new coffee shops, or enjoying time with family and friends. She also loves traveling whenever she gets the chance and is always looking for her next adventure!

Meet Wyatt, our expert DJ and MC! With over a decade of experience, Wyatt brings unmatched energy and skill to every event. As both DJ and MC, he’s dedicated to creating unforgettable moments with the perfect mix of music and seamless hosting.
From intimate weddings to grand corporate events, Wyatt tailors each playlist and announcement to fit your unique style, keeping guests entertained and engaged. Known for his ability to read the crowd and adapt on the fly, Wyatt ensures every celebration is a success and filled with lasting memories.
